Nathan De Martino has been a Realtor in the Greater Phoenix area since 2006!

Nathan has diverse experience in Real Estate specializing in REO/distressed properties while working for 8 of the largest banks in the nation during the 2009 down turn. Watching the Phoenix Metro area grow and become an even stronger state has given him insight & knowledge to help their clients sell & buy homes while knowing they are being taken care of! They know that buying & selling a home is the biggest purchase of peoples lives and it is not to be taken lightly. That is why Nathan & Shiloh treat every client like their family start to finish!
When he isn't working you will most likely run into him at the gym,
IN N OUT or hanging out with his wife of 20 years (Shiloh) and his two teenage kids! Nathan is a major family man and even though he was born & raised in SoCal and loves the ocean he has made AZ their home since 2004 and wouldn't change it for the world!

As her client, her goal is to ensure that you are absolutely thrilled with your Real Estate experience and will go above & beyond to do so. She has an artistic eye for design and is able to help sellers get their homes ready to hit the market and sell for top dollar! Shiloh left her 18 year career as a hairstylist/makeup artist in 2013 to join Nathan and get her Real Estate ​​license as well! Yes not all couples are able to work together but this team has a proven track record of professionalism and putting their clients needs above all else while utilizing their individual gifts & skill to take care of their clients needs and get the job done!
